I purchased Premium Edition - how do i get my new laptop to recognize this?

How do i get access to the new maps? Do i need to download them? i have already purchased the premium update.

Hi SSenator, I had problems for months with the premium subscription, uninstalled, rebooted about a dozen times, did the store reset about 6 times. Then a few days ago I changed the time, even though the time was correct, then changed the time back to the
correct time and I was able to purchase my premium subscription. While I was trying to get the premium subscription on my new laptop it expired so I had to purchase a new subscription. Lucky? maybe, but for a few days now I have had no problems. Good Luck....

I purchased a Taptiles premium subscription for one year with my Xbox Game/Microsoft Store account as well on my desktop PC, I logged onto my laptop under my Xbox Games ID and the Taptiles premium worked fine, about 1 months into the subscription the laptop
Taptiles premium game advised that my subscription was expiring and I needed to re-purchase. The desktop premium Taptiles is still valid and working fine. What is this all about and why do I have to deal with this? Can someone please respond back to this thread.
If not, please stop taking subscription money.

I'm having the exact same issue. I have checked my purchase order history, and it clearly shows that I have purchased the Ultimate Edition. However, in the Xbox Store, it only shows the base game and Deluxe edition as "owned". I started the new season, and couldn't activate the premium battle pass, that came with the Ultimate Edition.

I purchased Premium Deluxe and downloaded to two separate desktops several years ago. Looking for how to download to new laptop without re-purchasing, not even sure that would be possible since it would be under same email address/MS account. As mentioned in my previous post, I'm willing to uninstall from one of the two desktops if necessary.

I can't find how to download thru Xbox or MS Store (logged in) without purchasing again.
