I purchased "Play Pass" and it doesn't even work!

I am so frustrated with Microsoft and their Store Apps. So, I finally upgraded to a top-of-the-line computer and added a bigger graphics card, then I downloaded their game module, what's it called, Play Pass, or X-box? The point is that I tried to download a couple of games, and two out oF three just said they have "errors", and would not download at all past 0%.

So, what kind of rip-off is this, putting something on the market for consumers, charging money for it, but it doesn't even work at all? I did get one game, Forza 7, kind of a limited, boring game, tried to get Moto GP 20 which didn't work, and something called "New Genesis" again didn't work.

Why are we paying money for something that is not even completely operational, and so full of errors?

Another thing is some kind of text box keeps flashing on the screen which is useless, saying to please wait or something, you can't even see it, and it flashes up six times.

make sure all your windows updates are done, also open the windows store and make sure all the updates are in on there too.

yes gamepass on PC is dire which is why i mostly don't use it and get all my games elsewhere.

That's just not true. It Takes Two is now on Xbox Game Pass. Whether it's EA Play or EA Play Pro doesn't matter. It's a Game Pass game so should work on Game Pass, even if on EA's own service it's 'Pro'

This did not work I cannot even play this game because I cannot insert any text it also doesn't work on pillars of eternity like I feel like I've wasted a lot of my money on game pass to not even be able to play half of the games because I can't insert the text I can't play Mass effect this is crazy
