I purchased Minecraft Xbox One edition and when its in the download queue and i select install it flickers between installing and queued for about 5 seconds then just says download cancelled, i left it overnight but still happening, how do i fix this? thanks

Black Ops 4 Download

I purchased Black Ops 4 from the Xbox Store. I updated my console and cleared more than enough space. Still, the installation stops at a certain point every time. I have cancelled the download and retried multiple times. Every time the installation doesn't
say it has stopped (still says "Installing...") but does not continue to download.

 

Builders pack for Minecraft bundle not working

I purchased the Xbox one s Minecraft bundle edition for my daughter. The code and download worked for the minecraft game, but the code for the Builders pack never queued on the xbox and when I check in the store it says I already purchased it and the code
wont work

My suggestion would be to delete the download, then try this -
support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console and attempt to re-download to see if it works.

I have this exact same problem. Initially it was only happening with mine craft, and now it is occurring with all of my install attempts. After spending 2+hrs last night trying to fix it with customer support, I still have no solution. I have tried everything
I can think of including port forwarding. I have no idea how to fix this. Microsoft is losing any faith I had in their ability to release and maintain a solid gaming system. The lack of support for this issue is ridiculous.
