I purchased Minecraft online through Xbox. How do I start playing it on my Mac?

You can play with the Java Edition.

As long as you purchase the Minecraft Java Edition, it will work on your MacOS. Be sure to use the same Microsoft account to access the game on your MacOS so your game license will be detected in game.

Yes, you can (I personally played Minecraft with my game pass ultimate subscription on my Mac)

But if maybe you only want to play Minecraft I think the best option for you would be purchase the full game and not the game pass subscription

(Unless you have an Xbox, in that way I recommend getting game pass ultimate, in that way you can access to more games in your console + Minecraft in your Mac)

What if I want to play Minecraft on a other PC after purchasing it on my own account? For example Lenovo to Mac, or Dell to Asus.
