    Where exactly did you purchase the game code? Did you redeem it on a Microsoft/Xbox account before you gave it to your son?

    If it incorrectly says that it’s already been redeemed when it hasn’t, you’d need to contact the retailer where you purchased the code from to ask for a refund or replacement code.

    I appreciate the advice I received. But my problem is not resolved. I cannot access the Redeem code. First,I do not have an xbox. I purchaseed the Call of Duty season pass for my grandson for Christmas.. Could I log on to his xbox360 and receive the redeem
    code.. then he'll be able to have the season pass.? My son-in-law said that if I load the pass on my grandson's xbox using my logon, he will lose the games that he has already loaded. I know this is confusing, but I'm at my wit's end. I've tried Chatline with
    MS and was never connected. Thank you for your help.
