    I purchased "Halo : The Master Chief Collection" as a gift for a friend in the Microsoft store in my windows 11. However he could not redeem it as he lives in the USA and I live in India. I would like to request a refund. It has not been 14 days since the purchase and it has not been redeemed. The purchase is in my order history but I do not know how to request a refund.

    Hello chrisgerrad1,

    Thank you for confirming. Halo: Combat Evolved does require Halo: The Master Chief Collection in order to play. Combat Evolved acts as an add-on of sorts for the Master Chief Collection. You will need the full purchase of the Master Chief Collection in order to own all the titles within the package.

    So having purchased it in July of 2015 means you were well outside the eligibility requirements to receive the DLC for free. It is available to purchase for $5 however and is well worth it at that price. :)

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.
