I purchased Forza Horizon 4 for a friend in the UK. I'm in the United States. The gift code I purchased said it's region locked for him so he cannot use it. Can I get a code for the UK?

You can not transfer codes between countries. This is going to be regulated for tax purposes. So the UK is going to want there tax money, that is why they cannot be transferred. And we are not able to swap out codes between countries. And if you send
your friend a gift card it would have to be in pounds not dollars.

As I know, take FORZA HORIZON 4 Xbox One Game for example, when I buy FORZA HORIZON 4 xbox one game code in USA, but I can't activate the game code in South America Countries without using Proxy tool.

I am wondering if NBA 2K20 Xbox One Game Code works the same way as FORZA HORIZON 4 Xbox One Game Code?

If I buy NBA 2K20 Xbox One game code in UK or US or HongKong, could I directly activate the game code in any other countries without using proxy?

Please, I need an official answer for this.

The original question was about getting access to Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate with Game Pass Ultimate that I purchased from Amazon UK, I provided a screenshot that clearly showed the Product on Amazon UK, and then provided a link to the product on Amazon
