I purchased Fable 2 but it's in Russian

Discus and support I purchased Fable 2 but it's in Russian in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought Fable 2 but for some reason once it's downloaded everything is in Russian.     I bought Fable 2 but for some reason once it's downloaded everything is in Russian. I've looked at it on my account history and clicked on the game just to make sure it's the English version of the game and it even says "This game supports English" in
    the description. My account was made in the US, my purchase was made in the US, and all of my regional settings are set for the US. I've tried redownloading it a few times but it never worked. Also I've looked and there is no language setting in the game.

    Hello. My console's dashboard is in russian language. In billing info page it lets me select a russian region, so country is set to russia. I also tried launching Fable Anniversary and it was in russian as well. Could it be there is no digital russian version
    of Fable 2 at all?

    Thanks for posting. All backwards compatible games, whether on disc or digital, utilize the Xbox 360 digital version of games. In the case of Fable II, the digital version of the game only supports English at this time.

    Which country is your gamertag set for? If there is no option to change the language to your local language then that suggests that your gamertag is set for a different country than you live in.
