I purchased collections and they won't completely download... they download to a point and ...

You have to actually purchase the game to complete the punchcard, not just download the game. So downloading from Game Pass won't count.

Is the game completely downloaded? If not, perhaps that is the reason it won't go past that point. You can check if the game is still downloading by going to the games section and selecting Forza.

I purchased 4 packs and none of them show up in downloadable collections. They just disappeared.

The other issue I'm having is that the 3rd puzzle in one of my Jigsaw Jam collection hangs. It just sits there and refuses to load. I've completed the other two, each with 3 stars, but the third won't load. It said that it was unlocked. I tried restarting
my computer, etc. I guess I may have to try deleting Jigsaw Jam and hoping it will give back everything I've achieved. This all started after the latest Windows 10 download.

Got it working on the Xbox 360 complete collection. You need to:

1) Update the game title, happens ingame

2) Download compatibility pack 1 of 2

3) Download compatibility pack 2 of 2

4) Download King's Quest: The Complete Collection - Chapter 2: Rubble Without A Cause

After downloading all that, whether ingame, browser or console store, the game will show "Play" under chapter 2 instead of "Purchase". No need to redownload anything, as long as it's all there. Please share, playing now.

Well, that didn't fix anything. It downloaded my profile without a problem, but won't re-download the game saves from the cloud storage and still won't download anything from the marketplace.

Well we had a decent 9 year run, but at this point, I'm officially over it. If it won't download any of my purchases, then I might as well get rid of it.
