i purchased cod blackops 1 map packs seperately using msp 1n 2012, i deleted them from 20 gig ...

i have tried to resolve this with ms but they sayin its nothing to do with them essentially, i know i BOUGHT these maps yet they are not in history, i had NEVER transfrer licensed them either i dint even know about that in 2012, how can they just dissapear?
is it a case of anything i bought with MSPhas been wiped, because thats all i got i dont get it, i can put them game in and see my name on the leaderboard of content i cant get back, im kinda angry that stuff can essentially VANISH after id spent my cash on
it.

I bought 3 map packs for bo1 around 2011, i have the dates of the achievements i earned and am on the zombie leaderboard, i used MSP to buy them the maps were ascension, moon, and the waw maps shino, der riese and some other, i had a 20 gig hard rive and
needed space so deleted them thinking i can redownload them whenever i want, anyway i bought larger hd and decided to use new space to get maps back, however upon going onto the store on marketplace and the in game it was asking for money! i have NEVER had
another gamertag this is my one and only gamertag, and i have never transferred my content (i didnt even know how to do that back then) the only thing i did was replace my hard drive, i went to download history also yet theres nothing regarding this game
there! i have bought games since but used my card in 2014 but my history on xbox.commerce shows none of the MSP transactions, even though with what was left of my purchase the MSP left was used to buy ultraminigolf which does appear in dl history, are there
any answers?

 

Black ops 1 maps bought with MSP gone from DL history

I bought dlc maps for blackops 1 years ago and recently tried to play it but it had dissapeared from my DL history, i bought them with MSP and with what was left i bought 3D golf, now while 3D golf is in the history the ressurection pack the only map i didnt
have were call of the dead and shangri la, yet my history shows none of the ones i bought with MSP, it will however show 3D golf which is what i used the rest of my MSP to purchase, having spoke to microsoft they refuse to acknowledge id bought them but when
i ask them to show how i bought 3D golf then they cant tell me. i have family i played he maps with and my GT is on the online leaderboards i got igh rounds on these map before i deleted them due to hard drive change. according to them if its not in the history
i never bought them yet looking at these forums its not just me, im kinda mad cos i spent quite a bit on it and now i cannot use so i dont think ill be buying DLC for xbox ever again if they can delete it and say i never bought it, they should have a record
of redeemed codes for every user but they dont so they can delete your stuff and say you never bought it. im going to contact trading standards as this in not right i can show anyone my name on the leaderboard for the DLC they say i never bought, its disgusting.

 

Sorry to hear it. If the content is not in your download history (Settings>Accounts>Download History) then log into commerce.microsoft.com to see if the purchase was made within the time frame listed.

If you cannot find the items there then perhaps they were purchased under a different gamertag.

 

nope it just shows me all the stuff ive bought using my bank card, i redeemed points for the maps and with the leftover points i bought 3d ultra minigolf which is in my history id like to know how microsoft canrt tell me what ive bought with MSP? i went
to the commerce page and it tells me just the bank transfer stuff no thing about redeemed points

 

this is the one and only gamertag ive ever had since joining live any ive ever spent money or msp on has been on this account, i can still see my name in the map leaderboards for crying out loud its just like xbox refuses to acknowlege ive already bought
these maps! i was skeptical about dload content and like all my stuff on disk and this just goes to prove that, ive spebt £30 on maps that have vanished and microsoft dont know anything, i REFUSE to believe with all the security in place they cant find everything
ive spent MSP on, i spend my subscription money for a service and i aint getting it think ill be taking my complaints to trading standards or something because this is just robbery
