    Did you purchase this map using Minecoins you've purchased previously?

    Have you logged out and logged back into your account already?

    Any items purchased from the Minecraft Marketplace that are now showing locked should also be reviewed by Mojang's support team to verify that your account purchased that map: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
