    I purchased an Xbox One in China, however, it is connected to a service called "besTV" so I am not able to change the language to english, or play any english games. Is there any way to remove besTV from my xbox? Or i can use english

    There is nothing you can do. The Chinese Xbox consoles are setup to comply with Chinese laws.

    Hi La Rock 1979,

    So due to governmental reasons the only Xbox One's that work in china are the ones sold there and developed for that market. The consoles sold in China have different settings than most other markets in the world so in china your console must be purchased
    in China to connect to Xbox live.

    In China there are some very unique rules in regards Internet and purchases, so your Xbox One from Germany will not connect to Xbox live over there.

    I've lived in China and I loved the place but when it comes to the internet and Xbox live I too struggled and I also tried to get my company's IT department to try and help out but they could not.

    You can't with Chinese consoles you can't change the region of the console

    They are government hardlocked to the region if you are still in china

    This is to prevent people from bypassing the rules the government imposes on gaming
