I PURCHASED AN XBOX LIVE GOLD AND KEEPS SAYING ERROR, CAN ANYONE ADVISE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS?

hi i have had the error code pop up when i was purchasing the 1 month free gold that is on my dashboard and it keeps saying " sorry there's a problem with the xbox service. try again later. and the status/error code is 80070057 can some tell me what i am
doing wrong or tell me what to do.

I'm having the same issue. I just redeemed my 6 month xbox live gold card and keeps telling me to purchase but in my settings it says I'm subscribed to my 6 month xbox live gold. Never had this problem before. need help.

I can be watching Netflix and it throws me off saying im not signed in on gold but if I go to xbox home im signed in as gold ? No idea whats up wi that , anyone else have same sort off bother ?
