    3 Months more like one.

    I recently renewed my Xbox Live gold membership. I purchased a 3 month gold membership for $25 online and when I went to the subscription page on the Xbox one It said it would expire in One month and 5 days. It also says Gold-3 month on the top of the page.
    So where did the other two months go??? HELP.

    There seems a be an issue with this happening to some people. For some restarting the system will help by holding down the power button on the front of the console while its turned on, and then powering back on will help. If that doesn't you can try re
    adding your gamertag, provided you know your login info, here is a guide: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

    Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
    promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.
