According to the error message and since the Game Pass Subscription in your account has expired ; It is highly likely that the game copy you have been playing, was downloaded from Game Pass Subscription. Because the game has not left the Game Pass collection
yet, So the subscription must be renewed or the game must be purchased in order to play it again.

However, since you purchased the game as a digital code. It might have been redeemed on a different account and not your main account, Therefore, I suggest please that you check any other accounts. Or you can contact Xbox Support, and provide them with the
digital code of the game from CDkeys and they can assist you locating the correct account.

The game code was purchased and used to buy the game from Gamepass. It accepted the code and all was well until my Subscription ended. From then on, I do not own the game even though it has been purchased.

The game code was purchased by my son and redeemed on our account. There was no other account involved.

I have tried Xbox Support but fails to connect for a call back.

I didn't get an error code. I got the reply that the code had already been redeemed

If so please reply with it.

~To do this you'll need to go to Settings > General > Personalization > My Home Xbox

Select the Account and save, restart your console and try playing the game then.

I've tried, they just ignore my emails and request for a new code or reimbursement. Is there somewhere they can be reported? Surely Microsoft is still able to influence cdkeys, I mean, with respect if I purchase a code, it should be mine to redeem whenever
I choose. Disgraceful business practice from cdkeys.
