I purchased a game but it showed I had to purchase it again.

I purchased the game Rayman Origins on my Xbox 360 and a error pertaining to my account being blocked from purchasing occured, the error code was 80163021. Eventually it let me purchase the game but upon looking at active downloads, it wasn't there. I
was then confused as to why the game wasn't downloading so I went back to the game page and it said I had to purchase it, even though I already paid. The game even showed up in my order history but I had to purchase it again. So I went back to the page and
purchased it. The purchase worked this time and I was able to download it, but took money out of my account again. Now with the game ordered and loss of money, I am completely confused on this situation and I want my money back.

Be sure you are using the account that originally downloaded it. Also go to your DOWNLOAD HISTORY under ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT and download it from there.

Hello, I have found that sometimes the purchase doesn't show up, I buy a 4.99 pack and if that works it is likely a process error. I had a 84.99 pack the Magladon pack not show up. So I requested a refund through the Microsoft app. Was refunded then made the purchase again and the second time it was successful.

*purchasing from the GTA store in-game is sufficient.

I am very sorry that you are going through this problem, first I would like to know if you are logging into the correct account or profile with which you bought the game and the other thing is that you check the transaction history to verify that the game purchase appears there as completed .

To view the history through a Web browser you can enter the following link:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

And if you want to see the history on your Xbox console, follow these steps:

1. To view purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payments & billing.
3. Select Order History to view your purchases.
