    4-5 days ago I had purchased Assassin's Creed :IV & Call of duty Black Ops:II

    BUT still I didn't got my Xbox live Rewards Points.

    I purchased xbox live gold membership on March 2, 2018 but I didn't get the reward points I was supposed to get because of this purchase. What should I do?

    I purchased 2 years of Xbox live and was supposed to recieve 200 reward points for each year purchsed. I have been waiting for months and contacted support several times. I still have not recieved my points. What do I do to get the reward points I am entitled

    There are currently no offers either of those games qualify for. If you are eligible for VIP rebates (you need one star level), they would be included in your rebate which is calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

    Oh ok then I guess it was just a conincedence then because I always got points right after reaching level 2 or level 3. When I made it to level 3 it said level 3 rewards earned. Though didn't get them till the end of the month.

    So after thinking about it your post makes 100% sense. Hopefully the points I earned from purchasing get put in before xbox live rewards transfer to xbox live rewards or even by the 15th.

    Oh, that's kinda neat. I didn't realize you can check the changes in your point balance through the billing site.

    However, the only additions this year are points I got from Bing Rewards or Xbox LIVE Rewards. No 600 points from the promo.

    I have the same issue ... renewed my xbox live membership for 13 months and purchased points and still waiting for reward points ... surely it cannot be that long ... it should be automatic ... are you sure it takes that long?
