    I purchased 2,200 "points" on MUT 16 Xbox360, but they won't download.


    and am receiving an Error message saying "We are currently processing your last points purchase and they should be available soon. Until this processing completes you won't be able to purchase additional points. Purchase transaction number: 267xxx"

    It still hasn't giving me the points yet and it's been 2 days, however my Microsoft account shows that the transaction is complete.

    What do I need to do?

    I have not received download code of Ryse until now

    Points? Microsoft Points were retired well over a year ago. You should not be able to purchase points any longer. You would have to purchase, at a retail store, a gift card in your local currency. How and where did you attempt to purchase points?

    I don't think he meant points. I have the same issue - purchased 2200 points in Madden with microsoft account. spent over 2.5 hrs yesterday with EA customer support (my battery then died). They are not being helpful at all. I received this today:

    The "money" has been deducted from my microsoft account - and it appears EA is telling me to wait... but for how long? I know this is not really a microsoft issue, but it is very frustrating when a partner is not taking care of an issue. Why can't they
    just award points? I provided them everything they asked for for verification of my account. The items that you purchase in Madden are always "limited time" items... it's just really frustrating.

    Oh i see! In that case you should talk via this link with the official support, there have been some people that suffered the same issue as you and have been answered with ways to verify you are the one making the purchases, the ban is a security prevention to stop allowing people who could have take your account and making purchases with your info.

    Before you try to contact them, be aware to change your region at the bottom of the website so you can contact them within your timezone!
