I purchase an Xbox Live card and the digits in the back is not working

Just to inform you about Xbox digital code:

All Xbox digital codes are 25 characters long, include both numbers and letters, and are formatted in five blocks of five characters (xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx). If you’re trying to redeem your code on a Windows or Xbox device, make sure that you have entered all 25 digits correctly.

Important Make sure that you’re signed in to the correct Microsoft account before redeeming. If the code was purchased through a different account (for instance, as a gift), be sure to sign in to the account for the person who received the gift.

If you’re unable to read all 25 characters of your digital code, you’ll need to request a replacement code by contacting aka.ms/contactxboxsupport.
When you contact support, make sure to provide the proof of purchase, the serial number, and a picture of the damaged code.
Note Please take a picture of the front and back of the card or take a picture of the receipt where the code is printed, so that support can verify the damage, as well.
If the code was purchased from another retailer, make sure to provide the same details when working with the retailer.
Typos are the most common reason for code errors, and the following characters aren’t accepted: A, E, I, O, U, L, S, 0, 1, and 5.

To redeem digital cards you have to be located in a supported xbox live country. Since Bulgaria is not supported for xbox live, it can't even connect to the xbox live service to attempt to redeem that prepaid card. And if that card was purchased in another
country, even if it did work by some miracle, it would not be usable if it was currency or a digital game.

Are you trying to purchase the game from your console or from xbox live online? I found that if I try to purchase from my xbox live profile on line I have that problem, but if I go through my xbox console to purchase things I don't. Also you might want
to check to make sure the 3 digit code on the back of your card has been entered, because that can also cause your card to be declined/ give you an error reading.

Prepaid cards would not qualify as they are not a digital purchase through Live.

Yeah i did go to their online store, but it didn't show any of the cards available to purchase i.e. $25 Xbox Live Gift card. Only Xbox Live Day one, and that appeared to be a "deliver to" not a digital download.

Oh well. Is there a suggestions box anywhere?
