I Propose a Change to the Enforcement center for Xbox

This is not on an overly exaggerated comment but the way the enforcement is run on Xbox live is not the worst run thing in Microsoft, it is just the worst run thing in HISTORY. There is no communication with them whatsoever and that needs to change. Maybe
they don't have the man power or the willingness to deal with people like me all the time for things, but I propose that when you get a ban on your account you should be able to talk with someone at enforcement. Not have to send in a stupid claim that they
probably don't read and don't get back to you for days without even saying anything when they do. Just whether the decision to keep the ban on your account is upheld or not. When it actually matters there should be a live chat and or phone call availability
to speak with someone on the ban. The lack of communication that goes in only makes it more frustrating and more probable that babies will be punched from how frustrating it is that you cannot talk to anyone. My account is not banned at the moment, but I have
been banned twice before and my gamertag was banned even though the "questionable" word in my gamertag means by google definition( and urban dictionary so you know if it has a dirty meaning) is when everyone flips a coin and it lands on tails signifying bad
luck. I presented my case but nothing came about, the gamertag was still banned and all my explanation was quoting the code of conduct. It didn't breach the code of conduct, and even the person who I talked to from xbox said that shouldn't have been banned.
I had the gamertag for 4 years and all of a sudden what butt hurt guy reports my name and it gets taken from me. It frustrated me and all I wanted was to talk to someone, but I couldn't. The community is what makes this possible, and if we don't have a voice
we are living in a dictatorship. That's what Enforement is, it is a dictatorship where the people don't have a voice, give us a voice, do the right thing.

    :)

    DLC Season pass

I want to propose a fund: Help Tyson get his season pass with BLOPS 2. I accept anything, even 1 cents. It's the thought that count. I Propose a Change to the Enforcement center for Xbox ;)

  3. Protocol for wep

Are you talking about the WEP encryption algorithm for WiFi? What do you propose anybody to change?

If your wireless network is currently secured by WEP, I would highly suggest you change it to a different one, like WPA2. WEP is absolutely not secure and easily hackable.

you don't get it it is that simple

He started it doesn't cut it nor does any excuse you can think of

It doesn't matter how long you had the name

It wouldve.broke the rules years ago you just weren't reported til then

You couldve.haf it for 5 min or 10 years it doesn't matter it's when it is reported that it gets reviewed period

And no there no way to communicate with any enforcement team you seem to think it's customer support and no it isnt

It's you broke the rules and you have one chance to justified youself and no there is no appeal on any other servvie

You MUST KEEP YOUR NAME RATED E for everyone

  5. Actually, they can suspend/ban your account without giving you funding regardless. It's in the terms of service. The Xbox Live account is a free thing. The Gold feature is what is paid for.

I'm sure the name that MrSnrub had was fine (can't say with certainty because I don't know what it was), but for whatever reason it was determined not in accordance with the terms of service.

I would recommend reading them through (as I'm well aware 99% of people don't bother to read them before hitting "accept"), that way you can for sure see where they would have found violation. I think the difficulty in asking the Support Team the reasoning
is that there are presumably a large amount of staff, and it is difficult to communicate exacts. Sure, they can type in a description attached to a note on the issue, but that may not make it entirely clear as to why the decision was made.

I agree it may be beneficial to have a team (if they do not already) that focuses solely on player regulation. Sometimes a person may see a word and think it to have an inappropriate meaning when it could be entirely harmless. Or in the past someone/multiple
someones may have abused the word enough to have it placed in the filter of unacceptable words according to the terms of service standards.

Faster response times would also be ideal, but do bear in mind that there are millions of players, all reporting various issues and sending in tickets or notations, all while people are trying to call and communicate otherwise, in addition to their regular
everyday tasks. For example, the other night there was a massive Xbox live issue where many features were not working properly (and may have returned tonight, hence why I'm here on the support forum for the first time). They were likely flooded with people
reporting it, so other issues may have been difficult to sort out from that influx of reports.

If it happens again where you get a ban, I'd obviously contact them again to try and reach an understanding of the issue. I can't say much else since I'm not part of the Microsoft team, but just as a general person and someone who's had to work in Support
for other places before, it's not always someone in the company trying to say "who cares about one person". Every person matters to a company because if even one person loses confidence, word of mouth travels fast, and thus more people lose confidence, thus
costing customers, thus costing money. Companies (usually) want their customer base to be happy and feel that they are valued for their patronage.

Good luck in the future. Hopefully they can resolve your issue and offer some insight into why it took so long to respond.

I Propose a Change to the Enforcement center for Xbox

I just posted on this subject... call Microsoft Legal Dept 1-877-320-6738. Microsoft has a choice, they can either suspend your account and credit your account, or not suspend it. They can't have it both ways, this is not a free platform like Twitter
    and FB.

Opportunity Management Center for submission of business proposal is broken

Hello, Is there another method to submit a business proposal to the Xbox Partner Hardware team? Or is team currently not accepting new company applications, thus no longer supporting the "Opportunity Management Center"? Thanks!

Interested in increasing storage capacity to over 500 GB for Xbox 360(Original Model) .

I agree with what you are proposing. If you're already able to make these kinds of changes on the Xbox One then I don't see why they shouldn't allow it on the 360.

Yes I did what SayoMimi proposed but without any success.

People in call center reject to escalate the problem because my case isn't unique and they did that several times and answer was all time the same. Everything works as it should work. No issues
