Could you please sign in on this link; https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if your transaction for the game is showing as "Completed" or not? If it's Completed, kindly try to resync your Xbox profile to your console by following the steps below. Make sure that you know your account logins before doing these steps.

REMOVE PROFILE:

To remove a profile: From Profile & system, select Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select a profile, then select Remove.

POWER CYCLE CONSOLE:

To restart your console: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller, and then select Restart console > Restart. To power cycle your console if it's frozen: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller for 10 seconds. Then press the Xbox button on the console or on your controller to turn your console back on.

RE-ADD PROFILE:

To add an Xbox profile to a console, press the Xbox button to open the guide and go to Profile & system. Select Add or switch, and then select Add new and follow the instructions.

I bought the preorder mw2 vault edition, and it took out 106.99$ but says I don’t own it do I have to wait for it to come out or what.

When I went to preorder the Limited Edition at Gamestop, the lady said they no longer take preorders for it anymore. But they would gladly upgrade my regular edition to the limited edition if there are any left.

If you look at your account.Microsoft.com it would probably be the charge for the cross gen mw2

HOWEVEr if you are trying to refund the mw 2 cross gen then no as mentioned you played it

I don't think you realize what you bought

When you buy the vault edition you MUST have the base game to play it

The vault edition code only gives you the additional dlc NOT THE game

Btw, with the Komplete Edition the season pass is no longer needed, nor are the preorder dlc skins, and as Juxtapose13 said any of the four Compatibility Packs. Freddy, Rain, Skarlet, and Kenshi are to the left of Cyber Sub-Zero.
