    I have already per-ordered MW2. Dont get me wrong, the beta was super fun to play and I was so hyped when it was finally released and I am able to play with my friends. But, just as soon as I hop on, it says I dont have MW2? Like xbox has even sent me codes because I preordered it. Dont get me wrong. I love call of duty. But im not spending $140 on it when I already paid $70 once to get it. Any fixes or help?

    Kindly validate your bank statement because, for pre-ordered games, we will be charged 10 days prior to the game releases, which means last October 18, 2022, up until October 27, 2022, they attempted to get the charge. If it is showing as canceled or declined, it means that Microsoft was not able to get the money for the pre-ordered game.

    First, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check what is the status of the order.

    If it’s “canceled or declined” it may mean that Microsoft was not able to get the charge for the pre-order.
