    We need to check the status of your game. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check what is the status of the game, is it "declined" or "canceled"? Because if it's one of the statuses, it means that Microsoft was not able to get the charge successfully and you may need to re-purchase the game.
