    Hi there. If you pre-ordered the game after 12/14, you'll need to wait 7-10 days from the day that you purchased. Please wait 10 days and if you don't receive your code, please create a new thread and let us know I preordered Halo wars 2 Ultimate edition more than a week ago and dont have Halo Wars DE yet. :)

    Did you preorder a physical copy of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition or digital copy? If it's a physical copy, your code for the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be in the box for Halo Wars 2. If you preordered a digital copy, you'll get a code for the Halo
    Wars DE copy to your Xbox Live message center 7-10 days after redeeming your code.

    Hi there! you're right, I preorder a physical copy of the game, only because here in italy we cannot buy the limited edition in shops like Gamestop ecc.. so the only way to have it must be ebay or amazon.
