I preordered FIFA 17 which promised EA Access code which I haven't received

I was promised a Ea access code with my preorder and I haven't received it and it's been ten days.Please help.

I Preordered FIFA 17 of Xbox store which promised EA Access code for a month and I have not received it and it's been 11days please help

 

NOT RECEIVED MY EA ACCESS CODE

I preordered fifa 17 via the fifa 16 app and it said I would receive my ea access code within 7-10 days and still haven't received it

Codes are sent out 7-10 days after you purchase the game. If you don't receive your code by the end of the 11th day please create a new thread to let them know.

 

Hey, AJR 28105! If you haven't already, check your Xbox Live messages for that EA Access code. It should be located there now. If you accidentally delete it before redemption, please post up a new thread so that we can recover that code for you. Thanks for
