I preordered dark souls 3 deluxe edition on the xbox one on the 16/02/16. I still have not recieved a download code for dark souls. It states on your site that it will be sent within 7-10 days of preordering dark souls 3.

i pre ordered dark souls 3 deluxe on 02-09-16 and still havent gotten my dark souls 1 code

 

I did the same on the same date and still waiting impatiently. I would not mind as much if there was some concrete information but feels like we are being strung along. Any staff have any info on a time frame or cause of the delay??????

 

They truly do not care they have just been copy and pasting the same message for the past 2 weeks. All they say is its this Friday blah blah blah. They said that last week too though. Fake it until you make it I guess lol.
