I preorder MW3 and it says I didn’t

I was at my local gamestore a few hours ago and he told me he never had that many preorders for a game before. He already sold a lot of mw3 copies today. Too bad, i preordered an austrian version which he will get tomorrow.

I say MW3 will sell better than black ops.

I’ve already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and that just prevents me from reinstalling it in general. Also under MW2 it says that there are MW3 data packs that are preparing to install for when in releases rather than another game that just shows “preordered” or whatever I remember that it says last time I preordered a game

I preordered MW3 for $50 with free shipping from Amazon.

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please try to check your games in the order games history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.
