I preorded AC Unity with code but can't play

Discus and support I preorded AC Unity with code but can't play in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have bought the xbox one console with kinect and AC Unity and Black Flag.     I preorded AC Unity with code but can't play


    I have bought the xbox one console with kinect and AC Unity and Black Flag. I installed both of the games, Black Flag is working, but Unity still stays its pre-ordered. The game is out today, but I can't play. Help please.

    Downloading AC unity after getting a new xbox one because the old one was gliched.

    Why can't I redownload AC unity after downloading it with a code that came with my xbox one?

    AC IV BLACK FLAG doesn't launch

    I bought a new system. It came with two codes (AC IV and AC UNITY). AC Unity is running now without a GOLD subscription.

    I preorded AC Unity with code but can't play

    I'm having the exact same problem. I picked up my Xbox One with Kinect Unity package on the 11th, the same day Unity was released.

    The next day, after letting the games download overnight, I could play Black Flag but Unity just said it was pre-ordered. I uninstalled and re-installed it and nothing changed. I checked my regions setting to make sure it was correctly set for the US and
    it is.

    Can you please ensure that you installed the game and not the DLC? Unity may have two codes on the card for you to enter and download.

    Other than that you could try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that solves the issue.

    The card has indeed two codes, one for Black Flag and Unity. I installed the correct game and I tried the power down option, it sadly doesn't work. I have no clue what to do. TugboatOBB you any luck yet?

    My card was the same, only had two codes one was clearly marked for Black Flag and the other Unity. When I punched in the one for Unity it was clearly downloading the full game, not just some DLC. I don't remember the total file size but it was substantial,
    definitely the game and not add ons.

    No luck so far. I've been searching around and can't find anything.

    Last night I tried completely powering the console down and starting it back up, and when that didn't work I unplugged it completely and let it sit for a little while to see if that would help (I didn't think it would in this case, in some electronics it
    allows things to reset so I thought it was worth a shot) and there was no change.

    I'm going to keep looking around as my work schedule allows but at this point I'm really hoping when I get home tonight it has magically fixed itself.

    If you do get it to work please post it, I will do the same I preorded AC Unity with code but can't play :). I also hope it magically fixed itself overnight, so I can play tomorrow. And I also couldn't find anything on forums or other websites, so maybe we are the only ones being "lucky".

    I received a message on another forum that might be the answer for me.

    When I first set up the console it decided I was in the UK, I changed it to correctly show I was in the US. I don't recall if that was before or after I punched in the activation code.

    If I changed it after I used the activation code it may still be waiting for the UK release which I believe is 7:00 PM EST (I could be wrong).

    Any chance you may have had to adjust your region setting at some point around the time you used your activation code?

    Looks like my problem had to do with the region being wrong when I punched in the code. I'm playing right now.

    I hope yours is working now as well.

    Thank you TugBoatOBB for keeping me posted. I think the same thing happened to me, because when you install the console, I couldn't choose my country so I chose UK. So it indeed changed magically overnight haha. Happy playing to you 2 I preorded AC Unity with code but can't play :)

    Looks like my problem had to do with the region being wrong when I punched in the code. I'm playing right now.
