I pre orders 2k24 and it didn’t come in

I pre-ordered NBA 2K24 and it spend the money on my card and then i wait for the game to be released and it got released and it’s saying i don’t own the game but i spend my last 150 dollars on this game and i still don’t have it it won’t let me play it at all and i don’t know why either i want the game or i want my money back this is ****.

Hi i also pre ordered fifa 23 with the bonuses and the money was supposed to come out today however the purchase was declined as i didn’t have enough funds in my account however i now have the funds and was wondering if the money will come out or will i have to pre order again and miss out on the bonuses?
