i pre ordered battlefield 1 and gears of war 4 but never got any credits im supposed to get 30k credits but i didnt get any plz help ????

I dont See My Pre-order Purchased

I already pre-order and purchase Monter Hunter, then i Pre-order Far cry 5 but Far Cry 5 appears like i didnt pre-ordered in this website Rewards page, but on my Console the pre-order is purchased and ok.I need to know what happen so i can buy another game
on the list to get my 15,000 credits free for my pre-orders.

I still have not received my Xbox Rewards credits yet

I pre-ordered Mafia 3, Skyrim, and Watch Dogs 2, but still have not received the credits. The punch card is also only highlighted to two out of three, but shows I pre-ordered the three games. I'm just wondering when they will be deposited.

For help with the rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. Keep in mind that the 15,000 credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the games ship as long as you preordered physical discs from microsoftstore.com

I must be in the minority here, but I pre-ordered from Best Buy, mostly becuase I get a $20 credit for pre-ordering. I won't get the points for my rewardzone account until 30 days later, but I'll use that towards Assassins' Creed pre-order, which I'll also
get another $20 credit for pre-ordering that game.

The Games on Demand offer requires three eligible pre-orders to complete for Credits. Since you only had two pre-orders, you did not complete this offer. Your Kingdom Come: Deliverance purchase was not a pre-order.
