If you canceled your Standard Edition and pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition, you may get charged right away since the game is going to be released on the 10th February for Xbox Series X/S edition. The pre-order payment will start 10 days before the release date.

If you already got charged for the Standard Edition, generally, refunds take 3 to 5 business days.

There's no direct upgrade for your pre-ordered edition. You must cancel the pre-order of Standard Edition and pre-order the Digital Deluxe Edition.

All Deluxe orders were cancelled as it contains the Xbox One version, and the date was changed on that to April

Pre-orders with the new dates of fulfillment are now open and you can re-order the game

What about this problem I pre-ordered the witch queen Standard edition on February 1st they took the payment it processed threw my bank and Today I get an email threatening there going to cancel my pre-order if I don't pay another $40 so in total I will pay $80 for standard edition

It shouldn't look worse for the Xbox One version. It's just that for Xbox Series X/S version, you get all the features the game has to offer. If you canceled your Xbox One Edition of the game, you will lose its pre-order bonuses. Since the Series X/S Edition of the game has already been released, pre-order bonuses on it is no longer available.
