    I Called the 877-696-7786 and they are saying that because I did not order the item to be picked up at a store, my controller would not be delivered
    until December 23rd which is outrageous. I asked to speak to a supervisor but the person on the phone "Michael" said that there was none around and that they had gone home. It took him a good 10 minutes on hold
    to tell me this. He then asked me to go to a local store so they can assist me but there are none around my area, they are far away and I cannot take off from work to deal with this.
    WHAT IS THE POINT OF PRE-ORDERING IF YOU ARE NOT GETTING THE ITEM BEFORE THE STORE. UNBELIEVABLE, WORST SUPPORT I EVER RECEIVED. I pre-ordered the item back in June when it was announced.
