I pre-ordered the new South Park game but I am not able to download the stick of truth from the market place.

I can't download South Park: The Stick of Truth!

I'm not able to download South Park: The Stick of Truth after I pre-ordered South Park: The Fractured but Whole. It doesn't show in ready to download and on the game's page it say "South Park: The Stick of Truth is currently not available". Please help!

I already reported to the preview dashboard, and through xbox website. No response and still nothing...

 

Hey, HenduKnight! I'm sorry to see that you're having issues downloading the game! If you haven't tried this yet, we suggest doing a search in the Search Games option on the console, instead of using the Games list feature. This has resolved most people
running into this issue.

Also if your having any kind of issue I know its very cliché but switch your xbox off then switch the power off at the wall or remove the cable from the console for 30 seconds and the switch it back on this would clear any issue with cached data. Also if
you have a xbox 1 and a 360 makesure your not logged in on both with the same profile. Hope you get this resolved
