    Pre order rewards

    I have pre ordered star wars bf2. Assassins creed and cod ww2 but my stamp card does not show star wars as pre ordered. Could you tell me why it would appear Microsoft are withholding 15000 credits I have earned?

    No. in order to qualify, the purchase has to be made during the offer period which started on March 24. Since you purchased it before the offer began, it would not be eligible.
