    I pre-ordered Quantum Break xbox one edition but I still dont get my free win10 PC copy


    I pre-ordered the game Quantum Break Xbox one Edition before April 5th but I still don't receive my Win10 free copy until now. I changed my xbox region once from China to the US. I don't know if that is the reason why I still don't get my code.

    Quantum Break / Alan Wake Codes

    I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.

    I pre-ordered the Quantum Break Xbox One Digital copy (from the microsoft store website). The website clearly stated if you pre-ordered the xbox version the PC version was also included. I never received a redemption code. Where is my code?

    The deal was ONLY if you pre-order a DIGITAL copy of Quantum Break for the Xbox One or you purchased the Xbox One Limited Edition. So, you have a CD version of the game, you don't get the PC version.

    So, the question is did you order the DIGITAL copy?
