Discus and support i pre ordered mw2 with my debit and Microsoft took the $100 for it then canceled it before... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have no idea why they canceled my pre order if i paid for it with my debit card?     I have no idea why they canceled my pre order if i paid for it with my debit card? I also didn't get my money back at all either

    I already disputed it and they told me that i had to talk to Microsoft about it

    I totally understand where you're coming from, and that's why disputing the charge to your bank will be the best option because you were not supposed to be charged last June 25, 2022.
