I pre ordered MW2 and when it’s trying to come out of my bank it declines my card any help?

I pre ordered mw2 then when it released I went to open and it told me to buy it again but they took 75 dollars from me which I used to pre order it in the first place and didn’t give it back so I got robbed by Microsoft

Make sure you have enough funds to cover it. If you do, you can try contacting support and speak to billing to see if they can see why it's being declined. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us or use a different payment method.

this is the account i pre ordered it on and i went to my purchase history, it says it was declined. but how was i able to play both betas if it was declined and it took the money out of my bank account? no offence sir but im getting frustrated with this.

Thanks for your post, if the order came out as declined then there should have been no charge made to your bank/credit card. In order to correct this simply attempt to re-purchase the game. When a pre-order is placed a hold is usually made on a debit/credit
card for the amount of the game and then released back onto your account, a few days before a games release is the time that the charge follows through. If there are insufficient funds or the charge is declined, this is what results.

Usually when you pre order a game, Microsoft/Xbox see if you have the balance on your payment source (credit card, bank account) but only charges you 10 days before the release date - unless you use your Microsoft balance to pay the pre order.

In your case, I believe that the balance check was good but when Microsoft/Xbox really tried to charge you, the transaction was declined. They usually try to charge one more time and it was probably denied too. That's why your order is showing as cancelled right now.

The game will be released tomorrow, right? If you are able to pre order ir again, please try it. You will probably be charged right when you pre order. But if the pre order is not available anymore, you will need to purchase it normally (which will exclude any pre order bonus or benefit).
