    Specifically the games I want to pre order but cannot due to the error I keep on getting are Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, the Lightfall Expansion for Destiny 2 and Diablo 4.

    If it's in decline status, please wait until the system will try to charge your payment method again in the next few days. Just make sure your payment method has enough funds for it.

    If it's in canceled status, please purchase the content again. This means that the system canceled it due to multiple failed attempts of collecting the payment.
