Hi, i pre ordered Hogwarts legacy xbox one version for my xbox one x. It lets me download the base version but not the full game and every time i try to open the game it says im too early even though it was released yesterday?

The xbox one (which includes xbox one x) versions of the game dont release until April 4th.

The Xbox Series X/S versions of the game are what released yesterday and those versions are not compatible with the Xbox One X

I checked my bank and there’s a transaction for $60 on 12/5/22 and hogwarts legacy was the only game I pre ordered/paid for at that time for that price but when I went to Xbox transaction there’s no payment for hogwarts legacy it’s like I never pre ordered/paid for it

The Xbox On version of the game will be released on April 4.
