    I pre ordered hogwarts legacy but now it's not compatible.


    The other day I pre-ordered the deluxe digital on my Xbox one, I made sure it said it was compatible before purchasing. But now it's telling me it's only series X and s, is there anything I can do??

    I checked my bank and there’s a transaction for $60 on 12/5/22 and hogwarts legacy was the only game I pre ordered/paid for at that time for that price but when I went to Xbox transaction there’s no payment for hogwarts legacy it’s like I never pre ordered/paid for it

    The digital deluxe version will give you access to the One version of the game when it's released in April.
