I pre-ordered games but didn't get my reward points

You registered as a Canadian Rewards member. Therefore, we are only tracking and rewarding purchases made in CAD. Since your purchases have been made in a different regional currency, those purchases are not eligible for Rewards.

They should show as punches on your games on demand punchcard. Keep in mind that the credits won't be given until after all 3 games have been released.

why cant I get reward points for maps downloaded and pre order perk maps when I paid money to get then just cause I didn't get then thru xbox live marketplace!!???????????

I am assuming you mean this offer : "Exclusive to Xbox Live Rewards members, you can pre-order your Xbox One or Xbox 360 games through Microsoftstore.com and earn 15,000 Rewards Credits for each pre-orderable game..."

In the
terms and conditions it says you get the points once the games have shipped. They wouldn't give out points before the games shipped in case you tried to cancel your pre-order after receiving the points.

Since you all are rewards members maybe you know the answer to this. The 15,000 point credit for pre-ordering through the Microsoft Store, how long does that usually take to be applied?

As for the rewards program overall i find it ok. It is free so nothing lost. And 15,000 credits for pre-ordering is equivalent to $15 for me so I can pre-order 2 games i was going to buy anyway and get back $30 worth of credit. Not a bad deal.
