i pre ordered fifa 17 on the 10th of September and there is promotion that u get 1 month ea access code when you pre order it and it says i should get the code within 7 to 10 days and its now 20th of September still no code at the message center ,,,, help
me plz microsoft service is getting worse,,, always they try to help and solve my problem but now its getting worse dont know y they do that am on,,,,,, x box one,,,,,,, plz help

Hello, I pre ordered fifa 17 on the x box store and in the description it states: offer includes 1 month trail of ea access. I should receive it in 7-10 days but i haven't received anything yet... please help.

when i purchased the Fifa 16 game i will receive a code for the Fifa 17 game. The one that we offer is that when you pre-order the Fifa 17 i will receive a 1 month code of EA-access and it will be delivered to me but it's deleted by xbox one live messages
not deleted by my hand and I want retrieving my code please??
