i did not get an ea access code

I pre-ordered my fifa 17 about a month ago, and still could not get an ea access code. Ea access code was the biggest reason to pre-order this game for me, so let me know how to fix this please. Thank you.

It does take up to 10 days for the code to be sent but it seems a few others are having issues with this pre-order/E.A. access code promo so you're not alone.

Your not getting FIFA A month early, your getting free access to EA Access for a month.

EA Access is a subscription-based gaming service by Electronic Arts. The service allows access to select games published by Electronic Arts.

You will most likely receive an e-mail with the code for your Free month of Access near the launch date of FIFA

When did you pre-order FIFA 17? You will get your code for EA Access 7-10 days after your pre-order date. So if you pre-ordered the game on September 20, 2016, you could generally expect your code somewhere between September 27-30, 2016.

when i purchased the Fifa 16 game i will receive a code for the Fifa 17 game. The one that we offer is that when you pre-order the Fifa 17 i will receive a 1 month code of EA-access and it will be delivered to me but it's deleted by xbox one live messages
