I pre-ordered fifa 16 and i did not get a code

I pre-ordered fifa 16 deluxe edition on 6/09/15 and itsaid in the description that i will get a free 1 month ea accesscode through the xbox message centre it is now 16/09/15 and i still got no code.I was sent here by Xbox Customer Support.

I was told to post here by xbox customer support to get my one Month EA ACCESS CODE since I pre-ordered FIFA 16.

Promotion Details: PRE-ORDERED FIFA 16 and was supposed to get a code for 1 MONTH of EA ACCESS

Date of Purchase: I PRE-ORDERED FIFA 16 on July 22nd 2015
