I pre-ordered fallout 4 October 18 2015 and did not receive my fallout 3 code. Free fallout 3 code after 10 calender days. I have not received my fallout 3 code after ten calender days. I have contacted xbox customer support my case number is 1327984767

Could you post back with the date you pre-ordered Fallout 4 on? Keep in mind that it can take up to 10 days after the purchase date for that Fallout 3 code to be delivered. If you don't receive a code after 10 days, please post back here to let us know.

I have not got my Fallout 3 code either, i ordered mine the day before it released on my console. Should i check back in 3 more days?
