    I have the receipt, and have spoken with Gamestop, Xbox and bethesda, but gamestop and Bethesda say it's xbox fault why I have gotten any codes yet. BUt I have spoke with Xbox twice and they claim it can't be done here, being it was gamestop, not Xbox, but
    bethesda and Gamestop says it's xbox, not theirs. So I am getting a runaround for this problem.

    Please take note of this case number 1368842748 as reference for our transaction. that's the first one

    Please help I have the conversation with Bethesda and both with Xbox

    I believe that if a title offers pre-order bonuses and you pre-order through a third party store, then the codes can be delivered two ways: 1) Printed at the bottom of your pre-order receipt or 2) you provide the store with a valid email and they will send
    codes within an alotted time after your pre-order. I would suggest seeking advise from the store you are wishing to pre-order DOOM from just for clarification.
