I pre-ordered COD for the Punchcard and it is not registering.

1. The Punch my preorder page still shows "pre-order now" for Call of Duty. I bought the Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare - Digital Deluxe Edition.

2. I bought Final Fantasy XV months ago and shows as pre-ordered on the Punch my pre-order page. Since this was bought before Oct. 1 will this count towards the punches?

Pre-ordered games not showing on punchcard

I have prevordered 4 games from the list of pre-order games to qualify for my reward of 15000 credits I have pre-ordered South Park Fractured but hole and Call of Duty WW2 as the punchcard shows but I have also pre-ordered Assisisans Creed origins and need
for speed payback, I can understand need for speed not registering yet but I should have received the reward from the other 3 games assisisans creed was in fact the first one I pre-ordered ages ago!

Please check this and sort it out for me

Pre order punchcard

Hi,

I have pre-ordered Battlefront 2 and it does not seem to have tracked on the punchcard. I have ordered 3 of the games from the list and the punchcard is only on 2.

We have identified a delay with our processing due to some work that is being made on the databases. Your purchase of Call of Duty may require some more time to be processed and Rewarded, but it should appear before the end of the week.

Unfortunately, since your Final Fantasy purchase was made before the offer period, it was not eligible for this offer.

Hi Viper7. Pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP payback. Certain pre-orders do go towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. The current punchcard runs from October 1 to December 31. Your NHL 18 and COD: WWII did not qualify for an offer. Your Forza
7 pre-order did qualify for the Forza offer, and 5,000 Credits were awarded. Those have been deposited to your Microsoft account.

As mentioned previously, since your purchase of Dragon Ball and Skyrim were made on September 20th, they were not eligible for this offer. This offer was only available beginning in October. We have determined that the website is only displaying standard
edition purchases, and not visually displaying deluxe edition purchases. This is a visual bug which our web team is working on, but has no effect on Rewarding. We have confirmed that the punch tracking is working as expected.

Then why is it that Skyrim is still marked "You preordered" just like Final Fantasy is? but you are basically saying since I preorderd the games before october (even though the games and charge for the games didn't come up until october) I won't get rewarded?
Thats pretty broken, so In other words to qualify I would have had to cancel the preorders then preorder them again to get rewarded? That makes no sense.
