i pre ordered championship 2k23 and didnt get my pre order bonuses

The one that I bought was the NBA 2K23 Championship Edition Pre-Order

When I pre-ordered my LE with UK Retailer HMV, they didnt have a pre-order deal then a month ago they announced all the Pre-order Bonuses for what retailer.....and HMV got the Locus Helmet...so pleased

Yes, I was able to get the warthog after the last patch, but I didnt get the pre-order bonuses?

Never felt that my copy of HALO4 was incomplete just because I didnt get the armours or skins of other pre-order bonuses

I prefer it when Pre-order bonuses are unique, its annoying when you say purchase an LE then find that its "exclusive" item is freely available to everyone weeks or months later, or that a pre-order bonus is put on sale 90 days after release

It is my understanding that you had to pre-order from Game in order to get that bonus. It seems that Amazon was offering a skin and two emblems for pre-orders.
