I pre ordered Call of duty ww2

I pre ordered Cod ww2 and didnt get the reward from xbox rewards. Can someone help?

I never received my rewards for completed the ‘pre order punchcard’ mission

I pre ordered the 3 games from the list and never received my reward. I pre ordered FIFA 18,

Star Wars Battlefront 2, and Call of Duty WW2.

I pre ordered 3 games digitally to get the punchcard reward:

AC: origins

Call of duty WW2

and star wars battlefront 2

but It says that I only pre ordered AC and battlefront 2 and I’m pretty sure I pre ordered call of duty before release.

Is there any way to fix it ?

 

If you preordered on or after October 1, it would have counted as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would have needed 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since you did not make three pre-orders within the offer period, you have not yet completed this offer.
