    I pre-order gears of war 4 and I got the brother to the end but doesn't show in customized.


    i pre-order gears of war 4 and I'm xbox home sharing with a friend and we both got the brother to the end pack but he received everything and i only got the Adam Fenix thing in game manger and when I go in the game i don't have anything in customized. I
    Started on launch date in the afternoon and GT is . If anybody has a solution please help.

    Unable to download Gears of War 'Brothers to the End' pre-order gear packs | error code 0x87e0012c

    Pre-ordered and preloaded gears of war 4 ultimate edition sucessfully, but I got the error code 0x87e0012c when the bundle tried installing the pre-order bonus content 'brothers to the end' and vintage del elite gear packs.

    Missing The Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack DLC code.

    I preorderd a physical copy from Microsoft store and I'm still missing my Pre order bonus Brothers to the end gear pack that was promised to all pre orders.

    Yesterday I recived 4 codes for Gears 1-3 and Judgement which I got a code for in my disc and thats not what I'm asking for.

    All I whant is my pre order DLC pack.

    I pre ordered gears of war 4 ultimate edition but haven't had the Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus contains 5 items – 3 characters (Old Man Marcus, Tomorrow Anya and Zombie Dom) as well as 2 Weapon Skins (Gold Wave Lancer, Gold Wave Gnasher). same issue

    Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
    pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

    This is what I found on Xbox Wire:
